How do I lose weight fast but healthy?

Hey well im 14 and 195 lbs and my weight is seriously getting out of control. I need to lose a lot of weight so I don't border the 200 lb line please give me some tips about exercising at home with out stuff that people have in gyms and like an easy meal plan

hey I weigh 185 at age 15 and its ok idunno excersise isn't always the best answer just eat little by little eat like a apple for lunch and little supper I did that and lost 16pounds

Honestly, there is not weight to lose weight fast and healty. The best way to lose weight gradually and healthy to to eat a balance diet along with exercise. I don't say eat healthy because a lot of foods that claim to be healthy are made of CRAP! I am in the military so I have to work up. But I helped my husband initially lose 20lbs by cutting out friend foods first in the house. I baked fries, chicken, and pizza. I have helped many friends lose weight and inches post baby. If you need anymore help don't hesitate to ask.
