omg. hah. thats funny since im 14 and 5'4 and 120 pounds too. im also trying to lose weight but I cant answer the question because im starting my diet today.. im just trying stuff out so I dont want to give advice that might mess anyone up. best I can help you with is: stick to the basics. dont try anything you feel unsure about. diet and excersize has worked since forever ago. try to eat little bits of fruit and vegetable at a time throughout the day. it keeps you full so that youdont all of a sudden feel like starved and you gobble like 5 pounds of food. also put lemon in your water (it breaks up the fat) drink lots of water. get lots of sleep and excersize. try sit ups, squats, pilates, yoga, running. w.e you decide. and also get a pair of weights (light ones.. mine are 4 pounds). oh and BUILD MUSCLE.. if you build muscle.. youll lose fat. dont pay attention to the numbers on a scale because you might gain muscle (muscle weighs more than fat)but look a whole bunch thinner.

I'm 14 years old, and 5'4'' and I weigh 120 pounds. I feel really horrible whenever I eat, but I just can't seem to stick to a diet. How should I loose weight as fast as possible?
And if people don't want to help, then fine. I'll just stop eating all together. And don't waste your time or mine telling me not to.
