How do i lose weight

Ok, I know you may think im worrying 2 much, but I need 2 lose some weight... Even my doctor says I have to. I am 5'4, 13, and I weigh 145. I need 2 know how 2 lose weight on my theighs, because they are kinda tubby. Lol. And on the face, like ya no how...

you get 2 chins because your chubby, that is what im getting. Plus, this is getting personal, but I need 2 no how 2 lose weight,,, down there. Because its tubby down there 2. Thanx! Xoxo

Follow some easy rules and you will be suprised at how much you loose.

-Make water our primary drink after breakfast - juice for breakfast
-No Soda's
-No fried foods - only grilled or baked
-No buttery flavorings - use hot sauce and spices instead
-Walk for an hour a day
-walk up and down stairs for 15 mintues a day
-Cut out the carbs

Some healthy food ideas:

-Use lettuce instead of bread, take a piece of lettuce and put some turkey and mustard in it - wrap it up and eat.
-Pita bread chicken wraps
-Carrot sticks and hummus
-Fruits and Veggies
-Sliced Bell Peppers dipped in cottage cheese and hotsauce
-Frozen Grapes
-Take a banana, dip it in yogurt, and freeze it.
-Freeze orange juice - eat it like sorbet
-Low fat jello
-Rice cakes with light cream cheese spread on top
-Salads - no dressing, use vinegar instead.

As for down there when you loose weight over all - that area will loose body fat also.

try working out as often as possible. be realistic about your workout goals, because you have to do them often and you dont want to get tired.

try lounges or riding a bike for your thighs. then do sit ups for your abs, and this excersize where you lie on your back and move your legs from the floor to the air. then do some sort of cardio vascular exersize.

make sure that you drink a lot of water after doing this so that you dont eat more. also eat healthy, eat lots of carrots and stuff as snacks. eat smaller dinners and bigger breakfasts

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
