One thing thats handy to remember is that muscles are heavier than fat - for example, a cup full of fat will weigh less than a cup full of muscle. So if you weigh 130 lbs, its not necessarily an indicator of you being fat if you have developed muscles since they will weigh more than the average person's.
However if you still want to become a bit more toned, then perhaps you might try doing exercise that involves the upper body more.

I`m 14 and I`m 5 feet 1 and a half inches. I have muscles on my legs because I walk around a lot [ and I mean a LOT ] .. and I also heard abt how if you put your fingers around your wrist , if your middle finger and thumb overlap then you have a small frame , and mine does overlap. my problem is my stomach [ I have a baby bump for some reason which I have no problem with but then there`s still that extra stuff that I want to get rid of ] and my legs because they look so big because of the muscles. it seems like my bones on my legs and thighs are big too because it looks like my knees are big. I weight about 130 lbs and yeah , that`s too fat and I try to exercise but can`t control the eating much since my friends always tell me to not watch calories since I`m still a kid.
