How do i lose weight?

Hi. I'm 13, 52 and 120 pounds. I know I'm not fat, but I've been eating until I feel sick every day! I feel like I want to go on a fast, but I know how dangerous it is, so I'm not going to. And I used to be anorexic, so I'm scarred to ask people to do...

it, because ever since I've stopped, they've been acting as though I still am.

So even though I'm not fat, I really want to lose weight. I've been gaining weight, and feeling sick every night! My clothes are getting tighter, and all of my friends try to feed me junk food.

PLEASE HELP!!!

you should jog around the house and eat less fat food... it helps.

do 30 mins of cardio every other day and fill in the days you don't do cardio with proper weight lifting to tone your muscles. Don't worry about scales they lie anyways . Use a measuring tape instead, but honestly in your case I would just tone your muscles. Being anorexic is a hard thing to bounce back from. So don't get discourage hun. happy
