do 30 mins of cardio every other day and fill in the days you don't do cardio with proper weight lifting to tone your muscles. Don't worry about scales they lie anyways . Use a measuring tape instead, but honestly in your case I would just tone your muscles. Being anorexic is a hard thing to bounce back from. So don't get discourage hun.

Hi. I'm 13, 52 and 120 pounds. I know I'm not fat, but I've been eating until I feel sick every day! I feel like I want to go on a fast, but I know how dangerous it is, so I'm not going to. And I used to be anorexic, so I'm scarred to ask people to do...
it, because ever since I've stopped, they've been acting as though I still am.
So even though I'm not fat, I really want to lose weight. I've been gaining weight, and feeling sick every night! My clothes are getting tighter, and all of my friends try to feed me junk food.
