Ok, there must be a reason why you are eating so much. It's not hunger, but something else deep down is bothering you to a point that you are retreating to food for comfort. You need to analysis what's troubling you and solve that problem. It's takes a while to lose 20lbs, in a healthy way. You need to lose the weight slowly, so that you won't gain it all back. If you start now, you may lose 10lbs, but you need to do it correctly. When you feel the desire to eat, get out of the house go for a walk or something. Drink lots of water during the day. The water helps fill your stomach. Seek help from you mom, ask her to cook more healthy meals and stop buying junk food like chips, sweets, etc. My mom helped me out a lot when I was an overweight teen.
There could be numerous physical and emotional reasons why you are overeating. Why not get your mom's help and schedule a visit with your family doctor. Make sure everything is ok physically. Then if all is well, you can change your eating habits so that you don't need to eat quite so much. When I learned that I was diabetic, I had to but all the sweets and stuff behind me and learn to eat new things. It isn't as hard as you might think! If you have people helping you, you can do this. How do i lose weight?
I'm a very big pig!!! I can never last a day without eating half of my weight!!! I'm not fat, but I'm definitely on the way to becoming overweight.
So far today, I've eaten around 2000 calories, and it's not even 12:00 yet!
I really can't keep...
control of how I eat. I always really want to eat.
I also really want to lose weight, because I've gained about 20 pounds. I'm really unhappy with myself right now, and I'm in a big rush to get back to my normal weight.
Is it possible to lose 20 pounds by Christmas, at least??? Is there anything I can do to lose a little over a pound a week?!?!
