drink a lot of water and eat healthy (but dont stop eating, this would just make your metabolism go slower) But the first week you're going to retain water in your cells so sometimes you don't lose any weight(but then the second week you could lose as much as 10 pounds). Good luck and, exercise! (coffe also increases metabolism...but it gives the impression you are hungry sometimes so, don't drink too much)

drink a lot if HOT WATER it going to make you pi a lot and eat ok ...dont over eat
