South Beach diet..........easy answer, switch to grilled chicken and fish, cheese, eggs, and have a hefty bowl of salad(Lettuce, tomatoes, celery) with olive oil and balsamic vinegar with each meal......NO CARBS aka bread, cookies, juice, onions, anything with wheat, rice, and grains........No Fruits for a period of a month, if you absolutely must have fruit have the one with the most fiber(Fiber is important with any protein rich mealplan) and the least possible carbs, NO fried things..........only grilled or baked, no bread crumbs
and for dessert have a bowl of yogurt with equal or sugar substitute.......
do this for a month, and gauranteed u'll lose atleast 15-20 pounds of belly fat
BUT MAKE SURE YOU DON't CHEAT, cuz then u'll have to start all over again....Oh btw did I mention no alcohol???? and cigarettes diminish your muscle stimulation, so stay away from them also.......not to mention emphysema and all that nasty stuff 
hit me up in about a month when you're 15-20 lbs lighter........
