Your Tiny as is!! if you think your looking bigger, all you need to do is tone.. by doing sit ups, crunchies etc. and the food thing. its good to eat, just make sure your eating well. vegetables, fruit etc. but i am 5'2 and 17 .. and do not weigh 112.. so you shouldnt be worried.. if anything you could use the pounds.. ( aswell dont go by what the scale says.. the # is going to be high no matter what.. cuz when you tone.. your just getting muscle.. thats all) ... hope this helped hun!! be smart.
Well just do sit ups and also try going out at like 7 in the morning for a run, I do and I feel great about myself when i am done, and also drink lots of water when you exercise...

I weigh 135 im 5'6 so I have a little fat but not too much to where I'm overweight, having a little fat is better than having none to where you look like a stick
You are young and growing. Just eat right and exercise. Don't eat a lot of sweets and junk food. That's what most young teens do. When you do your stomach exercises, remember to hold in your stomach or else your stomach muscle instead of being flat will be rounded. I never did hold in my stomach and formed a rounded muscle and even though I have no stomach fat, it looks like I have a gut because my lower ab muscles are round instead of flat. You are 13 and your body will be going through lots of changes in the next few years, so don't worry so much about having some extra fat around the waist.
The important thing is to eat healthy and exercise.

How do i lose abdominal fat?
I'm not heavy. I'm 112, and 52. But I'm a big pig, and I've been getting fatter. I was about 105 lbs at the lowest at this age (I'm 13). But I look a lot fatter than I used to. How can I lose that fat? And how do I get my mind off of eating? Because...
