I have this diet that supposedly helps you lose around40-50 pounds in a month.I tried it for a week and lost 10 pounds, but you get seriously hungry and it's a chemical diet so son't do it for more than 1 month and try to exercise so you don't lose muscle too.
Breakfast (same every day)
-Half grapefruit or an orange
-2 boiled eggs
- Black coffee or tea
Day -1 type of fruit ( any amount )
Dinner1 -grilled meat
-salad ( cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, pepper)
day 2 Lunch - Chicken( grilled or broiled)
-Tomatoes
-1 grapefruit
dinner -2 boiled eggs
-toast
-grapefruit
3 lunch -light cheese
-toast
- tomatoes
dinner- grilled lean meat
4 lunch -1 type of fruit ( any amount)
dinner -grilled meat
- salad
5 lunch -2 boiled eggs
-sauté
dinner -grilled fish or tuna
-salad
- grapefruit
6 lunch - 1 type of fruit
dinner -grilled meat
-salad
7 lunch -Grilled chicken
-sauté
-tomato
-1 grapefruit
dinner -sauté
Repeat for 4 weeks
Weigh yourself after first 15 days then in the end
