How do i lose 20 pounds?

I'm really not fat, but I gained all that weight sooo quickly!! How can I lose weight as fast as possible? And no anorexia tips, please! happy

Well if you eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones you won't be as hungry so you won't eat as much.

Quit eating chips ahoy! j/k! But really, you should definately try to choose healthy foods like fruits, veggies, salads, wraps, sandwiches, when possible! You should also start a workout routine about 3-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes at a time!

substitute a meal with a smoothie (but not from jamba juice or robeks, get one of those odwalla or naked juice kinds), like substitute breakfast or something

and then do a little bit of cardio a day (run up and down a flight of stairs nonstop, break some sweat)
