How can I lose a lot of weight fast?

I neeed to loose ALOTTA weight
&FAST!

summers in like a week
and all my friends are so skinny
and I have a pouch on my belly
and my legs are DISGUSTINGG

You won't be able to lose it overnight, because you didn't gain it overnight. Plan some fun activities outside everyday. Swimming is great for losing weight, but make sure you actually swim and not just play around in the pool. Hiking is awesome. Then just make a conscious decision about what you put in your mouth. You can still eat a lot if you don't eat all the fattening stuff. And one last thing, find a bathing suit that flatters your body build. Sometime just wearing the right thing for you is the best thing. And don't forget, not everyone in this world loves skinny girls. Theres a lot to say for being womanly and curvy. eat yogurt every night & every morning.
then eat some low-fat gummies for a snack.

then you can eat grilled chicken and/or a salad for a meal.
BUT for breakfast eat as much as you can,because you have all day to work off breakfast.

the only problem is most women have those late-night cravings,just go do something else instead of eating late at night.

Like Texaskimmie said you cant lose weight overnight juss like you cant gain weight over night. Juss resently I learned in health that it is unhealthy to lose weight really fast. your not suppose to lose more than one pound a day says my health teacher. anyways im 14 and you may not want to take my advice but I was really over weight when I was a child. I lost atleast 40 pounds over the past 2 years from playing soccer, basketball, swimming,pilates, abe lounge, and juss walking my dog so maybe you can try some of those activities

Hey. I'm in the same boat. All my friends are gorgeous and have really toned bodies! You and I should start a workout plan! I'm 16 and live in Minnesota, but I'm not looking to meet and do it. Would that be okay? I know it's kinda a creeper thing to ask but I think we both need a little motivation. I have a BUNCH of workouts I can email you! I got them from my cheerleading coach, so they're pretty specific and work well. You definitely feel the burn! My email is Fun mail me.
