How do i learn to dance?

I cant dace to save my life, I am always offbeat with my body. I dont no why my arms are pretty long so when I try to start doing stuff that involves my arms it turns into a disaster. I just dont feel right with my body like it doesnt move together... it...

doesnt flow. I usualy end up moving my hips like a mad woman lol and do nothing with my upper body... it looks horrible. So I just make the most of it and dance like a foul just to make others laugh, its all jokes. But I am starting to see that dancing is something I am getting into. We cant afford dance lessons, but I no that somewhere in me I have the power to dance because all of my sisters( I have 5) are dancers and 2 of them have been in the Macy's Day Parade.
I cant ask them for help because they live 2000 some miles away.
So plzz give me tips.

keep your arms close to your body and step forward and back
