How do I kiss boyfriend w/o my best friend getting upset?

I am going out with my best friends crush, and we both no she likes him, but he just doesnt like her that way. and she said its ok if we go out. but, we really want to take our kissing to the next level, but dont want to hurt her. because, this weekend we are all getting together, and, me and my boyfriend really want to get closer and kiss more, weve only kissed 3 times. how do I get closer to my boyfriend, with out hurting my best friend??

the best thing to do is to take her feelings into concideration and try to aviod kissing in front of her. even if she says it's ok it would still hurt her to see yall kissing so dont let her.
