ok if your talking bout the sims game then I can help you out. Just keep talking to everyone and build up relationships. When you go to every new distrect then you have to change your cloaths into the stile everyone else is wearing because it helps you talk to the other sims and gain there friendship. The more you talk and you get a positive response the more poplar that you get and if you get a negative then your popularity goes down.

all you have to do is talk to different people but make sure that your clothes are appropriate for the spot your at... just do the things that are I think green I think that's what color they'll be if its something that they like... well hope I helped
