heres what i think about it.
if no one thinks you need to lose weight... then chances are.. you don't..
don't look into the mirror and pick out the little imperfections you have.
i'm sure you beautiful just the way you are and don't need a diet..
if you did need to go on a diet...
your friends and family would support you 100%.
just eat healthier foods...
dont do the whole huge diet things...
cut back on soft drinks...
drink loads of water...
and if they ask... tell them your just trying to eat healthier..

I feel really unhealthy with my weight. My friends and family don't want me to go on a diet, so I want to lose it without them noticing. Are there any ways to do that without going bulimic?
