How do I get the scale to move?

I do kick boxing 5x per week for approx. an hour each time. About 10 days ago, I cut out all sugar, bread, and junk food, and replaced it with fruits, veggies, legumes, lean meats, 1 cup of real - unsweetened oatmeal per day, and 1 cup of brown rice. The result: I feel bloated and heavier! The scale hasn't moved one bit! What am I doing wrong? Why am I not losing weight?
