How do I get the effect of paris hilton ?

I've always loved and I mean loved paris hiltons eye makeup and just her makeup style or techniques over all..is there anyone who knows how I could?!!!

google up pictures maybe? and copy the technique.

well her actual eyes are contacts...there not that blue
as for the make-up
she wears a lot without making it look like shes wearing a lot

and try to find close up pics of her face

Be aware that most pictures of celeb are retouched and some make up is even applied to the pictures by Photoshop before the pictures are printed on paper or put on the web. Also celeb with tons of cash do not put their make up themselves, they have their own dedicated make up artist.
