How do I get rid of unwanted friends

I have quite a lot of friends but I have main friends I hang around with but there is this wun girl who treats everyone like s***! But my best friend always goes away with her but when she is with me she b*** about her .. Now the are going on holiday together .. I keep toking to my mum about it and she keeps tellin me to find new friends but I cant and its unfair on my mum cz I keep takin it out on hur and I dont meen to .. And this girl always demands my best friend to go with her . I know hate is a strong word and never to use it but I hate this girl what do I do ? ? help !!!
