How do i get over shyness?

I've been shy for most of my life I've gradually started to grow out of it but I'm still shy when it comes to girls that I fancy. I suppose this is a big factor of why I haven't had a girlfriend yet but how do I get over it?

Poor guy, dude I know exactly how you feel... it's not exactly confidence you're going to get it's more of a lack of caring... if you stop caring so much about what you're gonna say or do then you'll prolly have way more success

I actually like a guy who is in check with reality ... Guys who think they're top sh*t are really annoying. I know that you want to get over your shyness but try embracing it and turning it into a positive.

believe it or not, some girls like guys with a shy trait, most girls i know anyways, and a guy always get nervous when he has a crush on a girl or thinks she s cute so u shouldn t beat yourself up cux of that
