Fears are mostly caused by people's imagination, and are harmless. Here are few things you can do to overcome your fear of frying.
Change the way you think and you change the way you act. You can control your thoughts. Since you're only able to consciously think about one thing at a time, only allow positive thoughts to go through your mind. Whenever a negative thought or fear enters, simply choose to stop it right in it's tracks and immediately change that thought to something positive.
Go in contact with your fear. If you are afraid of frying food, go ahead and do it. This can be tough, but try to hold it for a long time until the gross-out feeling is gone. Do that a couple times. Remember the best defense from fear is a good offense. What you imagine is almost always worse than the truth. So many times the truth you see in your mind is only the truth as you believe it to be. So sometimes the best thing is the very thing you fear, even if you have to do it afraid.
I have a fear of frying or boiling, I once burnt the whole of my foot with boiling hot oil it was very painful and not a pretty sight, I burnt my self TWICE with boiling water once all over my thigh because the kettle slipped and the water poured down the whole of my thigh it was extremely painful but the odd thing was I was laughing my butt off after I saw the look on my cusions face and the second time I burnt my foot when I was around 6 same reason but that time I was helping my mom and I stil didn't cry I was just in shock.
I still haven't overcome my fear to teh extent I hope to but I keep my distance when I am cooking something but I am more precautious now.
I can't help you if you haven't underlined why you don't like to fry food...are you scared that you might burn your self etc? But what I can say for now is be precautious.
Well... first off.. wow.. thats all I can really say at this point..
but what I would like to know is, why do you fear fried/frying food?
eating too much fried food can be somewhat unhealthy but it doesnt mean its bad to eat.
well sorry I couldnt help too much with this question. I hope other people can and have.
