dont give up yet...you can't fail if you never give up. if your willing to RISK giving and getting *nothing* in return, then go for it. but it has to be worth it to you. you might keep your heart on your sleeve just for him to turn around and stomp it to pieces. is he worth losing everything? if so, then FIGHT for him. do whatever it takes. wait wait wait wait WAIT for him

You shouldn't dwell in the past. Wait it out a couple weeks and see if you guys made the right choice. Most people are just afraid of being alone and naturally want to stay with someone even if it is not a good idea.
