Errr... drink ANOTHER glass?
I know... but it was a very easy question.
Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!
Try making it very cold. Then, try drinking one more glass today than you did yesterday until you eventually get up to 8 eight ounce glasses per day. Try drinking a glass with each meal (preferably before if you are trying to lose weight) and every time you snack.
I have this problem... I find it easier to drink when I'm eating so I try to drink something everytime I eat or snack... And try carrying around a big water bottle... you might end up drinking more because it is just there...






How do I get myself to drink more water?
I hardly ever drink pop anymore, except when I'm at a resturaunt. How do I drink more water? I'll drink like a glass, but that's not enough.
