all different positions!!!!!!!!! practice makes perfect and the only way to know is if you try all different things to see what gets you going. its a lot of fun in the process and you'll end up finding what works for you, just spend some time on it, try being ontop (usually works best) try reverse cowgirl position, or being on the bottom with pillows under you so he gets deeper. Theres heaps you can try.

The best way to get a man to give you an org**m is to promise him that if he puts enough work into pleasuring you during foreplay, you will let him sleep peacefully after the org**m has been reached.

Get on top that way you can have control. You should be able to stimulate your clitoris Theres a bone on a man just above the pee pee you have to be deep and push hard to feel it. if that does'nt work print out this picture and tape to your mans face and yell PANCHO do me as loud as you can(just kidding) You never know though.

I am a 39 year old male. I have been married for 20years. When I was younger I did not spend a lot of time on fourplay. As I got older I started to take my time with fourplay using astro-glide. Playing with my wife until she could not take it anymore because of her vigina becoming so sensative in a good way. Then I get inside her and take my time. I can feel her vagina tighten up over and over agian. My wife have told me that when I get her that sensative down there that she has no control over herself. It just cums and cums with the slightest touch. So get him to take his time to actualy get you ready for intercourse first and you will both be happy.

I find the biggest reason that women are unable to climax is because we think too much during sex, we are either too self concious of our bodies or we are concentrating on receiving an orgasim; therefore prevententing ourselves to enjoy our bodies natural reaction to pleasure. I suggest taking a warm bath before sex, playing soft music during foreplay, etc. The point is the create a calming environment to distract you from possible thoughts/insecurities. Also talk to your partner and discuss your concern with him, chances are he should be willing to be more attentive. Spend time engaging in foreplay to assist with relaxing and building your own confidence. In a nutshell, relax, relax, relax and it should happen naturally, otherwise consider medication you may take, such as antidepressants!
