Create a myspace page explaining the facts. Just exactly what you're about want to do, who you want to recruit. Everyone is on myspace now...
Also, promote your self... Business cards, word of mouth, posters ads!

What is your borrow interest rate what are the terms of the loan ...are you self employed ....I would be your first customer but you have to share some detail about what it is you are wanting to accomplish ...is it for a good cause ...is it for people with bad credit or good credit

I have a loan out right now it is down to 3000.00 but the bank holds my title to my car, therefor i have to have full coverage on my car which is making my car insurance go up considerably, my credit is not the best i have the loan takin gout of my account when due, i pay 137.00 a month. If you think you can do anything for me let me know, looking at a little lower payment if at all possibl eor the same the main thing i am trying to do is get that title back to my car, and get it down to just liability cause i have my 19 yr old son on my policy as well and the rates are killing me and we are both accidnet free.
