How do i get bigger boobs

Ok, so my 11 year old sis wears a 36b and I am 13 and I only wear a 32 a so can someone please tell me how to get bigger boobs..please

Wow I heard drinking a lot of milk helps your breast get bigger but I really dont know

im 13 and I use to have like really small ones . but now I guess their average size for 13 14 yearolds. but I guess it kind of helps if you wear a bigger bra just to make them look bigger

your 13... your growing... they will get bigger when you get older...

I know if you wanna make them look bigger you could wear a push up bra. but to make them bigger just wait they will grow. your only 13 too soo you still have some growing to do

you are only 13
what you don’t realise is that breasts don’t just magically appear when you turn 13
and you have only just BEGUN to go through puberty
breasts take YEARS to develop
and they will reach there full size by the time your around 18-21
there is NOTHING you can do to make them bigger
no pills, creams, exercise, foods and other crap works
all you can do is be patient and WAIT for them to grow
they will be don’t growing when your done going through puberty
and you’ve barely even started it
also you and your friends/family members develop at different rates
so what’s normal for them is NOT normal for you
in the meantime if your that desperate you can use padded and push up bras
but at 13 the size of your boobs should be the least of your problems
because they’ve barely started growing

Like Im 13 too are you A girls or ladies ?? because If your 11 year old sis. is a B ladies then Umm jealouss and dont worry mine are the same size as yours probably :p

well there is one exersise that helps them develop.
every night push your hands together in front of your chest as hard as you can for 15 seconds. its supposed to make the muscles develop faster. hope it helps!
