how do I get big hair with out all these products and sprays??

back-combing!
to do this hold a peice of your hair up, preferably from the back first, grab a brush and start to comb downwards from about 1/3 or the way up...the work your way around...or just go to youtube and type it in, theres heaps of videos!

You can back comb it.. that's what I often do..
I try and back brush the top of my haid and leave the bottom straight.

let ti grow out a little and towel dry your hair, and do not do anything else to it!

blow dry upside down?
I dont know, I would imagine it to be pretty hard to do that without a little bit of product.

Well its hard to do without sprays... But Just backcomb it tons... If you want it to stay your only option is Hairspry.. Dont use gel tho Bc it will weight downur hair... and Dont striaghten it after you have used hair spray Bc the spray will melt into your hair.

Hi missmurder.

It really depends on what type of hair you have. I have thin and very straight hair but I love the big/volumized look too. It's really hard to not use any products but if you refuse to use them, here's my best tip. Blow drying your WET hair upside down is good but what really works for me is the blow dryer made by WAHL called Complement Ionic. It's like blow drying your hair with a big circular comb but without the trouble of blow drying and combing at the same time. That blow dryer can no longer be found on store shelves but can be found on ebay. Don't bother buying one simuliar to it because it's really not the same. They'll only tangle your hair so if you're going to buy one, buy the real one. Note: I'm sure you already know that without styling products, even if you're able to volumize your hair, it won't stay "nice" for too long...depending of what type of hair you have.
