How do I get this guy I like 2 notice me?? I mean he knos who I am...well kinda he's a grade older than me and we meet this year in track and I want 2 be his friend and eventually become his girlfriend but how do I get him 2 notice me??? Any advice will be great!!!thanks!!!

Try talking to him. Talk about track..since you both have that in common, or other things like mutual friends or music, movies etc...
Once you start talking on a regular basis ask him if he wants to hang out sometime..
things will develop on their own from there.
