How do I get a girlfriend?

I am 16 and I like a couple girls. One I like, like I'm in love with, says she can never not love her ex-boyfriend. The other girl I like is way too good for me, shes really smart, pretty, and funny. She is always nice to me, we are friends, but I want to take it further! How do I do it, I've never had a girlfriend before. I'm about 5'11", 190lbs, which makes me a kinda on the fat side I guess. HELP!!

well foget the first girl thats just an excuse t not go out with u talk to the other girl and she may like you to and never say anyone is to good for u..

you should ask the second girl she likes you ... see what she says then take it from there. for example let's say that she said no you can say ok but if she says yes then tell her how you feel but remeber don't pressure her into saying anything that she doesn't want to say. and with the first girl she is just a biotch and only1 is right with what she says
