to me girls have what you call 'packs' what they do have is a nice stomach . to get that you must do atleast 20 push ups ,crunshes, jumping jacks,jogging , most of all eating right , . I know a friend that said you should eat 1 slice of apple evry 2 hrs . try doing that it could help.

For most people the biggest obsticle to getting 6-pack abs is to be lean enough to be able to see their ab muscles. It is more difficult for women to get a 6-pack because women naturally carry a little more fat than men to support childbearing.
The best abdominal exercise I know of is one called the bicycle maneuver. Hard to describe but you should be able to find descriptions and video of it on the web. Other than that you will probably have to watch what you eat and do a lot of cardio to get lean enough to show off your strong abs..
