How do i gain weight?

I only weigh 98 pounds and im 15 years old and im 5 1'' . I would like to gain weight to feel better about my self and also to have a better figure. what prodcuts can I take or eat or do to gain weight. I understand alredy that muscle weighs more than...

fat.

You have to slow down your metabolism in order to gain some weight. You have to eat like 2500 calories per day. You can slow your metabolism by adding once at 3 days 100 calories+ per day. Eat more meals/day (around 5 or 6, but in smaller rations). Avoid excessively large meat portions.
Eat between meals stuff like sweets, fruits, anything based on dough. Eat bread and pastas. Do not forget to exercise. Avoid anaerobic exercises (sprinting, weightlifting, etc.) which increase metabolism.
Instead do light cardiovascular exercises (speed walking, light jogging, light swimming) which increase your body's fat storing mechanisms.
Take in enough proteins to gain weight. When combined with a healthy dose of carbohydrates, the protein will get absorbed better and allow the calories to stick around longer.
Relax when eating to allow the food to digest thoroughly.

itz better to gain weight in a healthy way, I dont know the calorie calculation but easy method to gain weight is soak a small cup of ground nuts in the night and eat them in the morning with that you can gain a healthy weight in months time, I did that and now im happy with my weight

I know what you mean im 15 and 5'2 and I work out to gain muscle cause I dont want to gain fat...I eat 3 meals everyday and some stuff in between and it has made a difference happy I also drink a lot of milk, which my mom said she sow a difference when I started drinking milk...I dont weightlift, I dance and that can help with gaining muscle everywhere depending on the what kind of dance lol
