There is this nutritional drink called Boost High Protein and it has about 360 calories per 8 oz bottle. Chug as many of those as you can a day on top of your regular eating habits and it will help. I have been doing that every day for about 4 months and have gained 10 pounds. I like the chocolate ones the best, if its too chocolatey for you then add a little milk to it after the first couple drinks. Good Luck

How do i gain weight?
I've been really sick for while, and I keep loosing weight. Monday I was 112 pounds, and today (Friday), I am 104. I was wondering how I could gain the weight back?
