try using a stay in conditioner? or a oil that you levae on your hair for about 3 mins, it leave your hair feeling soft and feels less damaged, I have black hair, and I TRIED! 2 bleach some strands of it...an my hair just snapped I had to go the hair dressers I was crying my eyes out lol I love my hair so much! and they told me 2 get an oil that you leave in for 3 mins your hair will feel more nourished (if thats how you spel it) and healthyer xx

Whenever they do a deep conditioner at the hair salon, they cover your head with conditioner and put you under the hair dryer. I saw a post somewhere not to long ago where someone covered their hair in a deep conditioner treatment, wrapped their hair in a plasctic bag and ran the blow dryer on it for a few minutes. I haven't tried it yet...
I live in Florida, so anytime I am going outdoors to do yardwork or work on my tan, I put hair conditioner in my hair.

Buy herbal essences shampoo and conditioner.
When you use the conditioner make sure that you leave it in for at least 5 minutes so all the oils and everything get to work in your hair. The longer you leave it in, the better the results will be.
