Doctors, like Lawyers, cover for each other...I doubt if you can get an honest answer..even from the A.M.A. I would select a Doctor based upon referral from friends or family who have been treated, and know the Doctor.
Remember: WHAT DO THEY CALL THE GUY WHO GRADUATES LAST IN HIS MEDICAL CLASS???
