no
you cant delete a question
an advisor can but only if it breaks the terms of use
if npot, its stuck here forevere
but you can mark it as annonymous
this permamnently delets it from your list of asked questions and replaces your username with fau (funadvice user)
to mark a question as anonymous you click on your profile,
then click the veiw all button on the top of your questions collum
then it will give you the option to mark it and the others as anonymous

No, you cant because of the TERMS OF USE thing.
