How do i become superman on gta sanandreas ps2

I have tried all of the cheats I have saw on how to become super man and I have also tried to go to the blicos and get the suit but there is no option to get it... so will you help me please ...I dont understand

If you're not using the PC version of the game, the cheats won't work.
