How do i become a advisor ?

Do I have to get my advice rated up or answer a certain amount of questions ?

It's not just about having highly rated answers. You also need to have good grammar and punctuation. Your answers need to be clear and helpful and you should answer a variety of questions. You need to be here at least a month and have plenty of answers to questions.
