How do i be emo?

Hey all I just want to know how do I be emo (just my hair)

Ok I have straight black hair which covers half my ears and almost my eyes how do I style it do be emo

Ok... you REALLY sound like a poser. Seriously - if you have to ask how to be or look something, you WILL be called a poser and it's probably true. Be yourself, f*ck what others think. And no one likes someone who acts like something they're not...
Most these people have no idea what Emo truly is anyway by the sounds of their answers. NO you don't have to cut to be emo, hair really has nothing to do with it *hair is hair! for f*ck's sake...*, there's more to it than just looking it you have to BE it.

hmmm... I didn't know that. I thought it was just if you're trying to be like them with the clothes and hair and jewelry and everything. not just hair... I don't know, I don't have much to do with styles or anything anywayz.

hair cant be put into sterotypes
it can be styled and cut and everything
but mainly to suit your personality
if you like a look, get it
but done lower yourself to labelling your hair just because you think everyone else has to be emo to have it
use your brain
