How do i approach this girl whom i huv a wierd feelin for?

Hey my name is jonathan aka jonty a 14 year old guy turnin 15 on 20th oct , and im a really popular in school and because of that I was voted as the school president / captain !!!
and lately I started 2 huv a wierd feelin towards a girl in 9th grade...

whos in the same class as a couple of my friends*** and this feelin that I huv I guess its true love because I never ever had thisfeelin with all the other girls and trust me shes really got somthin in her*** I need a really good advice so that I can approch her and tell her about this certain feelin and I hope she would acsept me asking her out and stuff ***

yeah kk but the thing is she has a boyfriend and I heard that hes really scared of me because he knws who I am at school ***
so do I take adv. of that because im used 2 people gettin freaked out when I get angry or somthin???
