im level 5 and train 13 1/2 hrs per week. I sometimes hate going to gym but I have to cause my coach gets angry if you miss to any training days. I train mon tues thurs and sat about 3 - 31/2 hours each day. if you want to know bout the actual training... here is what you do:
when you get their you warm up for about 30mins running and other active excersises (it gets tiring but you just have to continue)
next you have to stretch for about 10 -15 mins doing splits and other stretches
then you have to do strength which can be hard sometimes because we have to hold a handstand for 4mins which is really hard for me. we also have to do chin ups and other strength thing.
then we break into groups according to which level we are in and start to do apparatus - vault bars beam floor.
when its nearly the end like a few mins before we stretch down and then go home.
so yeh

adding to my other comment...^^...the actual practice consists of about 10 min of warmup..just like on the tramp or something..then we stretch for about 15 min. then practice...vault-beam-bars-floor..then 30 min. of non-stop conditioning-strenth..working out- and then about 3 min of splits each-way...there you go! (:

wow yall have it easy!!

I quit but here is what we would do:
get there at 3:15, stretch for 15 min, and do vault then stretch for an hour, go to bars, then condition for a lil while then go to beam, then we take a 15 min break to eat, stretch for 10 min and do floor, then stretch again for 5 min (hypersplits etc.) then we finally leave at 8:15.

no joke! ask haileybre if you don't believe me =]]] we used to go to gym together
