How did you survive high school?

how did anyone survive it with all these stupid kids in high school mode, hurtful gossip, family issues and all the work on top of it? how did you do it/ are doing it? because I'm about ready to snap any day now...

I didnt survive high schhool well actually in still in it. dumb. yeh im in english right now prettending to do my work..lol so yeh im just a freshman and theres already so much drqama... my advise is 2 beat any (badword)'s butt that talks crap about you serious

I had an older brother to protect me, but when he left, I beat the crap out of the biggest person I saw and people knew I could fight hahaha

I just ignored everyone and lived in the library. I had my best friend Adam and the only other contact I had was tutoring people in English. I was pretty well liked and no one had anything bad to say about me because I was cool with everything and didn't make a big deal about anything. I thought that I was fairly unknown but I started talking to Ell, who didn't even go to my high school (it was an all guys military academy) and everyone knew in a week. It made it difficult to hang out with her. I survived though. Just stay calm and don't talk about people and you'll make it.

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

make sure you always have your friends. they'll always be there to support you. study hard, but also have fun. it goes by really quick, then you realize you don't want to go to college and just stay in high school. I know you may not enjoy it now, but don't worry, it'll get better. I'm a senior now... and I don't want to leave

Honestly you can't really survive high school just take the good with the bad and biggest thing to remember is BE YOURSELF. I am finally learning that and high school is so much better. If you don't want to be gossiped about then don't gossip about people. try to make friends with everyone you will find that you will have so much in common with the most random people anyways good luck and have fun

Mainly with the thought that it would end some day, and it did!
And then college started, and it was high school all over again!
But that ended too!

I guess the simple answer is, NOTHING lasts forever...
