You can't. A doctor can't even tell you the MORNING after. Maybe a week later but not the morning after. You need time for your bodies HcG levels to rise to the point that a chemical test (pee stick) or a blood test (doctor) will be able to read it.
You can predict it using a basal thermometer BEFORE you are actually pregnany.
My boobs started to hurt 2 weeks after I got pregnant, thats how I knew.
Many pregnancy tests can tell you if you are up to a week before your missed period. $10 isn't a lot to spend to know if a wee one is on the way!
