How can you live on an indian reservation?

I need a little more insight than what google has to offer. I can't find much on it. I have quite a lot of Cherokee blood in me, and I would likely qaulify with a white and a blue card to get in, but I can't find a geneaology site that can help me with...

it, and nor can I search the Dawes Roll to find any accurate results to find any good information as I don't know much of my family history. Could you guys give me a little advice? I don't know what to do next, or if there are any ways to be accepted onto a reservation.

There are no Indian Reservations.

Indians are from India...you're obviously wondering about natives.

Your best bet is to follow your family blood line until you find your native heritage.

Unless your own parent(s) have status, then you need to go back through generations until you find the pair of natives that are in your bloodline - they have to both be natives, one of them cannot be white.

You were being a smartass. It's very evident what he or she was talking about. It was not necessary for you to say something like that... and why would ask someone to stop being defensive when you are using offending words such as child? I wasn't even being referred to in this conversation, yet when I read it, I was enraged with your belligerence... and they are called Indian Reservations or Native American Indian Reservations since we have to be so technical here.
