You can buy some stuff from a chemist (pharmacist) that you paint on your nails and makes them taste disgusting.

yeah I can put tabasco and make them hot and you wouldn't want to bite them ever agian I have the same problem its hard to break the habit good luck-pooka

but if your like me and you can just bite your nails like CRAZY becareful... LOL I accually adjusted to the nail bitting medicine thingy. So find the most discussing one you can and find one that burns your tounge.

Get UV gel or acrylic nails, I used to bite my nails until they bled and thats what I did, at first they stick plastic nails on your real nails but once they grow out its just the gel, about once a month! Its worth it and if you got to a professional salon its not dangeous but be careful, don't go just anywhere.

you can get this stuff that when you paint it on your nails it tastes bad. or even paint your nails. maybe get your nails done and put fake nails on. that way you won't bite them. :] I hope I helped out

rub hand sanitizer on them a lot and they wont taste very good

I used to have that problem too!,
I baught this stuff that I just brushed on my nails and it tatsed horrid!
it worked for awhile, but I stopped using it, now I have braces and its impossible to bite them, so it helped!
but try the nail polish junk and it should work!
