How can I tell my best friend?

ok me & my best friends been bestfriends since year9 & we both like this boy but in 07 but still in year 9 she said she dint like him anymore &+ he started being all over me.. & sayin im phit, &+ since 08 its gone nothing happend.. he dosent do it anymore & mia likes him again aswell as me & this time hes going all over my best friend..
& today he was holding her hand through all the lesson & I got really upset as we both know I like him moore but today I was telling my friends, about it they were sayin he played you &+ as know hes a player & they have beeen telling me before & me &+ my other best mate were talking & then we talked about it then we both realised he's playin my best friend! aswell we think & shes falling for it like I did cauz hes doing all the things he done to be & this is only the start , but she might think im jelous .. &+ trying to make her hate him so I can have him to myself but I just want to warn her but I dont know wether do tell her or not... because I dont want to break up with her shes MY BESTiiEST FRiiEND iiVE EVER HAD!! SERiiOUSLY &+ I DONT EVER WNA FALL OUT WiiTH HER & I HAVE NEVER YET &+ I ESSPECiiALLY DONT WNA FALL OUT OVER A BOY WE BOTH LiiKE HOW CAN I TELL HER,?
