There is no way to tell really. Most women fake it sooner or later, for different reasons, and men have no idea (remember 'When Harry Met Sally'? haha). You can ask around the question like ask her what else she would like you to do, or how. When given such an opportunity, she'll probably tell you what she wants (and thus, indirectly, what you've probably been doing wrong or not enough of). Use those tips for a better job next time and maybe she'll get a real org**m. Or, ask her if you can watch her mas*urba*e, and observe how she does it and what she likes, then do it on her like that.
