How can i unblock my sim card??

I forgot me pin umber and tried more than 3 times,now it is blocked,I now remember my pin but it doesn't seem to make a difference,can anyone help?

phone your network operator to unblock it...

sumtimes youll find the pinlock code in the instruction manual

For just about any phone if its SIM locked you have to physical take it down to your cell phone provider. They then can enter a code and unlock it.
