How can I truly get over him?

I haven't talked to him in months. He hasn't called and won't answer any of my texts or messages I send him. Out of the blue, he just stopped talking to me and I don't know what I did. He said he loved me and all that stuff, he was the first person that I dated and went out with...I never kissed him though HAHA! Could it have been that wasn't being open enough to him? I don't know? I want to get over him and move on, but I can't. I need closure I guess you could say, but I'm too scared to call and I don't know what else to do. I can't get over him, cause I liked him sooo much. I feel bad that I never told him that. Maybe that's what I should do to move on. Do you agree? What should I do?

but I'd start to like sombody else if I were you
it's easy to get your mind off one person when you think about another a lot

or hang out with your friends and talk to them about him &&& just by having fun you'll probably start to forget about him

forgetting about him is the only way to get over him
