All you have to do is keegles. Thats a type of excersice where you contract your vagina muscles. Its as if your holding your pee. you have to keep doing that. I heard it takes time, but it works. I rarely do it because im not really active like that, but I have done it. So you could try that, and then ask your partner, if its the same person, if it gets better along the way. and maybe you should abstain from sex for a while, then c how it is
