How can i tell someone i was raped?

I got raped when I were 13 by my mums mate that she hasnt been in touch with years im 14 now but how can I tell some one HELP

How did it happen?

Did you go to visit him or
did he meet you some where without your mother knowing? the police could not have been involved because it is their duty to investigate all allegations under the Childrens Protection Act.

Hi my name is makayla and I'm not sure if this will help but when I was 15 I was set up by my friend to be raped by her boyfriends father. It is a night I will never foget. I never thought that I would tell anyone until I was 16 and it had happened to another girl, we all came forward it was 6 of us.. some people I didnt know others my best friends.. but I am happy that I came forward he is now in prison for the rest of his life I am now 21 years old and although I will never forget what happened im glad I came forward he will never hurt another grl... wow, you definatley need to call the police, you want that as*hole to do that to someone else too.

well go to your doctors and make an appountment for a physical than mention it to them. they shud help, also try going back to the police and say that your not lying and that if they dont believe you than they need to tell someone else. it is there job to protect u. if you have to give them attitude!

you should have told them as soon as you got raped. waiting a year doesn't help your situation considering they don't have any evidence. the only thing you can do is keep trying.
